ATTORNEYS - The New York Appellate Division suspended attorney Maureen Abato from practicing law for six months because she converted funds entrusted to her as a fiduciary and mixed legal funds with personal funds. Abato also drew interest on lawyer account fund checks to cash and failed to keep records for her account.
