ATTORNEYS - The Nebraska Supreme Court reinstated John C. Kinney after he was disbarred for embezzling nearly $23,000 from a law firm. Kinney effectively addressed his drug and alcohol problems and showed that he possesses good moral character. But because he has not practiced law in the last 20 years, he has to pass the Nebraska bar exam to be reinstated.
