(CN) - Bernard Madoff's bail terms include round-the-clock monitoring by a security firm hired at his wife's expense, $10 million bond secured by three of his homes, and confinement to his Manhattan apartment, which will be electronically monitored. Madoff is accused of running the biggest Ponzi scam in history.
