PORTLAND, Ore. (CN) - That nipple is patented. Mary Dieringer claims she patented a "natural nipple baby feeding apparatus" which Learning Curve Brands is violating with its "Breastflow" nipple.
Dieringer is represented in Federal Court by Peter Heuser.
