In two complaints in Manhattan Federal Court, Serious USA accuses rivals of violating its data storage patent. The defendants are Interactive Card Solutions in one complaint, and CD Digital Card, Cd Works, Disc Makers, IMX Solutions, Infinite Marketing, Ingram Micro, L&M Optical Disc LLC, Microvision Development, Onedisc.com Inc., and Sonarus Corp. in the other.
