CLEVELAND – American Standard's Champion 4 model toilet is sold with a defective flush valve that causes leaking and a 30 percent increase in water usage, a class claims in Cleveland federal court.
The lead plaintiffs are Rachel Papp, Candu Properties and Reginald Friesen. The defendant is AS America Inc.
