Property Manager Sues Trump For $1 Billion

LAS VEGAS (CN) - Nights at Vegas, a property management company, demands $1 billion from Donald Trump in a federal antitrust claim.Plaintiff claims it is Trump Ruffin Tower's only competitor in the business of rentingcondo owners' apartments to short-term visitors.

It challenges Trump's claim that it cannot use the words "Trump Tower" in advertising, and that only Trump can use his name on Expedia, Travelocity and Orbitz, the major online bookers. See complaint.
