LOS ANGELES – A federal judge on Tuesday dismissed racketeering claims brought by the former girlfriend of media tycoon Sumner Redstone against Redstone’s daughter and grandson, finding that her removal as Redstone’s beneficiary does not amount to an injury under RICO laws.
