MINNEAPOLIS – Minneapolis claims in state court that a company owned by HGTV “Rehab Addict” star Nicole Curtis breached a contract with the city by failing to redevelop a property, pay real estate taxes or maintain required insurance on the property.
The defendant is Detroit Renovations LLC.
