HOUSTON (CN) - A Bell helicopter exploded in midair on Oct. 13, killing KTRK TV photographer David Garrett, his estate claims in Harris County Court. The Estate sued Bell Helicopter Textron.
Garrett was 35. His estate is represented by Jason Itkin.
