MINNEAPOLIS (CN) - Signature Bank says restaurateur Dean Vlahos defaulted on promissory notes worth $5.5 million. Vlahos told local media that he lost nearly $19 million he invested with Tom Petters, who has been accused of running a massive Ponzi scheme.
