SAN FRANCISCO — The Franklin Mieuli Trust asked San Francisco Superior Court to vacate an arbitrator’s ruling that the trust’s 5 percent interest in the San Francisco 49ers was worth just $22.6 million, despite estimates that the franchise is worth as much as $3 billion.
