TAMPA - Recidivist securities violator Timothy M. Roberts, of Chesterfield, Mo., defrauded investors of $2.5 million in Satvira stock, with help from Terrance F. Taylor and Craig Constantinou, both of Florida, the SEC claims in Federal Court.
