LAS VEGAS — Casino mogul Steve Wynn claims in a federal complaint that attorney Lisa Bloom and her law firm in Woodland Hills, Calif., defamed him as a “public relations ploy” to pressure him into paying money to Bloom and her “alleged client, for a bogus claim of sexual harassment and retaliation."
