Stolen fingerprints

CHICAGO — A federal court in Illinois granted a class representative’s motion to add a new plaintiff to her privacy class action against El Milagro, a tortilla manufacturer they argue illegally recorded and stored workers’ fingerprints when they clocked in and out.
