CHATTANOOGA (CN) - Ten plaintiffs sued the Estate of Dr. Bruce Pancake, a plastic surgeon who killed himself in his office on Sept. 17 after allegedly botching their surgeries, leaving them disfigured and in pain, and failing to inform them he was under investigation by the state board of medical examiners.
