SAN DIEGO (CN) - Texas Instruments and Artech Information Systems fired an employee because he's from Iran, Shahram Toomarian claims in Superior Court. He says he could not fill out a TI form listing his country of origin because Iran had been deleted from the list, because, his boss said, "customers would view the country negatively," then he was fired without warning.
