PHILADELPHIA (CN) - A man says a body shop promised it could restore his 1957 Corvette for $40,000. Peter Dolan says he paid John Anselmo dba J&J Corvette Restorations the $40,000 in 2004. He says he's paid $88,000 so far and Anselmo won't deliver the car.
Dolan is represented in the Court of Common Pleas by John Miravich with Fox Rothschild.
