LUXEMBOURG - Panasonic and Toshiba persuaded the EU General Court on Wednesday to shave millions off the fines they owe for fixing the prices of cathode ray tubes used in television sets.
Though it adjusted the fines owed by Panasonic and Toshiba, the fines that the European Commission imposed on Samsung, Philips and LG Electronics remain unchanged.
